JP + Salem . . . made buying easy and pleasant. In my seventies I was pleased that my initials contact via email was handled by JP (Joe Pietracupa) as it quickly became obvious he knew this was a se In my seventies I was pleased that my initials contact via email was handled by JP (Joe Pietracupa) as it quickly became obvious he knew this was a serious enquiry and treated it as such. The downside of email is often that the recipient or sales department doesn't take such an enquiry as a genuine request for information. A couple of emails later and I had enough confidence that the car would be as described and arranged to take the 45 minute drive to the store. The examination process went smoothly and everything checked-out. There was no "used-car operation hustle", just simple and straightforward answers to my questions. With a price and delivery agreed I was introduced to Salem who efficiently and professionally walked me through the paperwork. Delivery was agreed for 11am three days later and the car was ready as promised . . . minus the new tires agreed as part of the deal. This was simply an availability issue with the tire store and JP had advised me of this when we talked about the delivery appointment. The tires will be in within a week and at that time I have the choice of returning to the store to have their service department install and balance them, or they will bring them to my house for later installation. I chose the latter and expect to have them within the promised time frame. The car is exactly as described. The hand-over by Alec and JP was completed pleasantly and with all the information I would need to be able to drive home comfortably . . . . remember this car came with bells and whistles galore . . . . and the guidance was appreciated and needed! All told a pleasant and worthwhile experience. I have no reservation in suggesting JP, Salem and Alec as possible contacts if you are looking for a vehicle. In my case I was hunting for a very specific car but shoppers with more flexibility will find a range of nicely presented product at what appear to be fair prices. More
