Worst buying experience ever My vehicle broke down on the side of the highway in the middle of a storm, after driving it for 2 weeks. That was just the beginning of this nightmar My vehicle broke down on the side of the highway in the middle of a storm, after driving it for 2 weeks. That was just the beginning of this nightmare. They had my vehicle sent to one of their transmission repair shops locally because I don’t live in Oakville. The repair shop they had my vehicle towed to fixed my vehicle, Oakville used car refused to pay for the repair, the repair shop owner damaged my transmission again causing damage to the engine too. I was without a vehicle for almost 2 months in total. A representative from Oakville used car super store promised to pay for my car rental while I was having repairs down (which I had to pay for out of pocket). The car rental was over $800. No one answered my calls or my emails. I opened a file with the better business bureau and finally got a response from the sales manager that they would cover the car rental but denied that they had anything to do with sending my vehicle to the transmission repair store. He asked me to close the BBB file and they would cover the car rental. Frustrated, I closed the file hoping I would get some relief and received a cheque for $136 after calling for a few weeks. I was sold on the extended warranty which didn’t cover any of the damages. I was promised with a handshake, by the salesman Mojsjin, that if anything happened within 30 days they would be responsible. I was sold on the omvic package (whose only response to the situation was that if they received enough complaints they would send a letter to the dealership but could not do anything otherswise). After all is said and done my transmission cost me almost $7000. I’m further in debt and now I’m dealing with engine problems. I’m left with a brick that cost me $17, 000. I’ve only owned this vehicle for 6 months... Don’t buy from these people they are liars and will do anything to get a sale. They offer no support after you’re out the door and take no responsibility for their actions. More

Purchased 2011 Jaguar XJL from salesman Charles Bayrau I purchased the car and then drove it from Oakville to Winnipeg to pick up my Mother and then home to New Westminster, BC. After the first 2 days, I realized the Jaguar seats are too firm and purchased seat cushions for rest of the trip. The car easily passed the BC Provincial Safety Inspection with no issues at all. I greatly appreciated all the assistance and help I received from Charles as this was my first experience purchasing an out of province vehicle. Charles was able to answer all my questions and concerns pertaining to the required trip permit and ensuring the vehicle. His advice was correct and accurate and I had no problems registering the car in Vancouver.
