When we arrived, Miguel was busy with other clients, and everyone was busy as it was a sale day (we found out when we arrived), so Nishawn went out of his way to help us. He went above and beyond his usual role to make sure we got excellent customer service, in a timely manner, which was much appreciated as we had travelled so far.
