Some great, some bad, love my car Great sales team, very friendly, honest, easy to talk to. We felt like they actually wanted to help us. Disliked the finance person. Poor sense of humour and inability to connect to a customer are the first two things that come to mind. Although he spoke of his daughters a strong sense of gender inequality was apparent when making remarks. Both my husband and I were not able to look him in the eye by the end of the transaction. If it weren't for the Sales Manager Cam we would have left without purchasing a vehicle from Oakville Chrysler. We even had to re-do the plates as Orlando was not able to use the tools properly. Thank-you Cam we love our new Jeep!!! More
