This was our first experience with them, and my husband and I were very impressed by their honest, genuine attitude and the efficiency and expertise with which they made the whole deal come together. We were looking for a practical van which could help me move my home staging furniture/xxxxxxto my real estate listings, and double as a practical family van. We needed guidance regarding what the best option would be, and found all the help we needed at the dealership. Cam Comporone, Chris Tannous and Logan Franklin are outstanding! Waste of time I bought a used 2013 Ford Escape last year from this dealership. I came into get it appraised, and possibly sold. I would NOT recommend this dealership. Poor communication esp from a manager. More

Bigtime trade-in lowball on my Dodge After telling my rep over and over about getting lowballed on the trade-in at other places, this experience was no different. $18k+ on Canadian Black After telling my rep over and over about getting lowballed on the trade-in at other places, this experience was no different. $18k+ on Canadian Black Book, these guys were only giving $13k. So it was a waste of time. Also, had to stand around just waiting for someone to help us out - there were a few of us in that predicament. It also seems like they inflated their asking price, so combined with the lowball, a major rip-off here. I would not recommend this dealership if you havea trade-in, but factoring in the higher sticker price, perhaps not at all! More

The Service Manager and the other staff have also been terrific. My biggest issue with other dealerships is I felt they were trying to find more and more things wrong that they would then have to fix (for a lot of money), but with Oakville Chrysler Dodge, I feel like I can trust them to really tell me the key issue and help solve it. I've never had such a positive experience with a dealership before. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

As my husband always deals with John Dart, who was the reason we bought the car from this dealership, we contacted John. He accommodated me at my convenience hours and I was surprise by the high quality of service received. Definitely I do not get this service at Nissan (I own a Nissan, but hopefully I will change at some point). John is a professional and knows very well what is doing or suggesting. I was amazingly surprise. Definitely you guys are great and hope you will keep it up. We can only recommend you. More
