Immature staff Bought a vehicle here with a good price and tried to "buddy buddy" me that I didn't need to negotiate for my trade-in. Long after my sale was final I Bought a vehicle here with a good price and tried to "buddy buddy" me that I didn't need to negotiate for my trade-in. Long after my sale was final I saw I got about $5000 than what they re-sold it for so a large margin that was not trying to be fair to me but capitalize as much profit any way they can for themselves, so beware of that. I put a deposit on a vehicle pending inspection and the mechanic took just under a week to do my independent inspection. Staff refused to allow my mechanic to test drive vehicle and I received emails through the week that were unprofessional in nature suggesting I buy the vehicle because I was wasting their time taking so long for that inspection and there were other buyers (although vehicle sat in lot for months and hadn't sold in over a year. I got a good price on the vehicle I wanted but staff were untrustworthy and deceptive. With under-value of trade-in , only amounted to average deal. More
