Major Repair After 875 km on my new 2018 F-150, a valve disintegrated in my engine causing metal particles to go through my engine. I towed it to the dealer who di After 875 km on my new 2018 F-150, a valve disintegrated in my engine causing metal particles to go through my engine. I towed it to the dealer who diagnosed it. Needed a new engine. I was told what they found and what they planned on doing. Install a new motor. The dealer manager kept me apprised about the repairs and delays that suddenly popped up and lasted for 2 months before getting my truck back. I was treated well and with respect during this time and was reimbursed for all payments I made during this repair which made it easier to accept. Its been a few weeks now and I am happy to have my truck back and working nicely. The professionalism at Oakridge Ford is worth my future business. Thanks. More

They immediately showed me the exact vehicle I wanted for the right price and gave me a great trade in value for my existing car (more than any other dealership was offering). I signed the purchase agreement that night. Carly was great to deal with, I forgot some documents and she delivered them to my office the following day. Any questions I had about the vehicle (Explorer) were answered promptly by either phone or email. Once my new Explorer was ready for pick up, Carly showed me all its features and how to use them. She also followed up a few days after to make sure I was still happy about my new vehicle. I highly recommend Carly and Oakridge Ford! More
