VERY pushy trying to sell extended warranty. % rate advertised as "from 1.9%" - I paid 6.9% - he refused to explain the difference. I called ahead and arranged to pick up my car on my lunch hour - when I arrived, he would not let me finalize deal, said we needed lots of time to go over things - very frustrating wasted my time, of which I have little!! I came back after work - yet another VERY pushy attempt to get me to take extended warranty. When I declined, he was not very pleasant and rushed through the rest. I was NOT told the date of my first payment. Also, I was told payments were semi-monthly when in fact they are bi-weekly, which adds up to a LOT MORE and twice a year means I will have 3 payments in a month.
