Better than expected I've had a rocky start dealing with service advisers at Oakridge Ford. It has taken me a year to get someone to listen to me long enough so I could ex I've had a rocky start dealing with service advisers at Oakridge Ford. It has taken me a year to get someone to listen to me long enough so I could explain that my car (2012 Ford Fiesta) is in serious need of a new clutch (through extended warranty). My requests were previously ignored and I was told time and time again that the extensive shuddering and shaking my car was exhibiting was "just the way the car drives". My transmission control module failed again after getting it fixed only 4-6 months ago (roughly). I called to book an appointment and spoke to someone who was less than understanding. I again was told "that's just the way the car drives" and that shuddering was completely normal. To an extent I understand that, the dual-clutch transmission does drive differently than other transmissions. However, my car would violently shudder up to 4th gear and I wanted to make sure that there wasn't an underlying issues. I asked the lady on the phone if there would be someone I could speak to when I dropped my car off early in the morning, she asked what I wanted to speak to someone about... I thought it would be obvious that I wanted to talk to someone about my car. When I brought my car in I was expecting to be met with resistance to fix anything and that they would be "band-aid'ing" my car again. I was scheduled to meet with Brandon, and I had planned out exactly what I wanted to say to make sure I was actually going to get my car fixed! Rather than getting the same response as previous times, he assured me I would be getting a new clutch! He listened to what I had to say and was extremely understanding. Thanks to him, it's like I have a brand new car! He explained the process that Ford makes you go through before they will replace the clutch, something that was never previously explained to me. He has been the only service adviser I have dealt with at Oakridge Ford who has been not only nice, but helpful! I received a call from Oakridge Ford the following week from Erin. She asked me how my appointment went and it was the first time I could actually say "it went well". She let me explain why I've had previously bad experiences and didn't cut me off or undermine my concerns. Thanks to Brandon and Erin, I have some newly found faith in that dealership; otherwise my business would have been brought elsewhere. More

There was no contact let me know the car was ready. When I got the car home I found it to be still dirty. When I returned to pick up the vehicle there was confusion as to who or where the keys were. It really is a big upgrade from what I had before and couldn't be more happier .
