The Fix Is In! Battery was dead. There were other associated electrical problems. A recall was due. I called requesting immediate service. They got me in first thin Battery was dead. Driver side mirror repaired, recall airbag attempted The vehicle was at the dealership longer than anticipated, as I was told it would take one hour for the mirror repair, and another two if they were ab The vehicle was at the dealership longer than anticipated, as I was told it would take one hour for the mirror repair, and another two if they were able to do the recall airbag. Apparently the airbag repair was not able to be done due to a faulty part. I believe I got the call that the work was completed around 4:00 pm. I had brought the car in at 11:00 am. Also, I would appreciate it if the correspondence I get from you would address me ( Pat), rather than my husband John, as I am the one who owns the car. More
