I was referred to Steve by My Brother-in-law and my sister. Generally I am not a person who looks forward to purchasing vehicles due to my lack of negotiating skills and past experiences. A phone call to Steve with a general idea of what we were in the market for was all it took. Steve brought all the vehicles to my door at a time that worked for me and to my wife’s office when it worked for her. Steve was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and I knew exactly what the money and feature difference was between models. Overall it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I was looking for a very practical used car for my newly driving high school son. I really needed to keep the budget at under $15,000. I researched my info and visited all the Ford dealerships in town looking for gently used Ford Focus. The other two I went to left me feeling not so great. They were fast and pushy and high pressure trying to convince me of a new car and going over my budget. They also seemed frustrated or dismissive of all my questions. I was so very frustrated that we didn't even test drive any of the cars. When I walked into Oakridge it was different right from the start. They were nice and friendly and easy going from when I arrived. They all acted like they had all the time in the world for me and even got me a yummy Kuerig coffee to start. Karl was so nice and friendly and patient, even my son commented on the difference! Karl talked about money and budget in such a way I didn't feel disrespected or pressured to go beyond what we could. We all went on a test drive and he was a hoot making us crack up! He has a great sense of humour and my teen boy loved him. Karl answered my 101 questions with patience and understanding and never made me feel stupid or like I didn't need to know that like the other car places had. Then when we got down to the money part, he was very concientious and respectful of my budget and never once tried to convince me of something else we couldn't afford. We left very very happy customers - my son was most especially happy with his new 2012 navy blue Ford Focus! This was an awesome life lesson for my son to experience with me. More

Long story short, Im 26 and look like im 16. I didn't have high expectations of a dealership giving me the time of day. Upon visiting many other competitors lots over the course of determining which vehi have high expectations of a dealership giving me the time of day. Upon visiting many other competitors lots over the course of determining which vehicle to purchase, It goes without saying that the treatment I wanted was far exceeded at this location. I have been to many places and treated unfairly, or to be blunt, a waste of time. Dealing with Kelly was such a great experience that has never occurred for meprior, she took her time explaining the little details to me and actually seemed genuinely excited to help me out. I have never met a person who enjoys their job, who is actually good at it, and is a charm to be around. We are so greatful that you came out to the lot and greated us to share our experience. There was never a moment we did not feel welcome in the dealership, even by people who weren't selling to us. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location for an easy transition where you literally walk in with your crap vehicle and walk out with a great one. Thanks again! More

Jesse and Ted were both awesome, Ted had the car ready for me on time with a full tank of gas which was awesome. also my car has a couple little interior issues but Ted has been great in setting up a time for me on time with a full tank of gas which was awesome. also my car has a couple little interior issues but Ted has been great in setting up a time for me to come in and get everything handled. I tried getting approved for financing at a few other places and the best I was offered was 17%, that was until I meet Jesse who was exceptional and went above and beyond to get me an amazing 0% financing on a brand new 2013 Focus SE. This guy blew me away with his persistence and effort to help a stranger. In the end I got exactly what I wanted for an amazing price, not only did I get what I wanted I got it from a crew of great customer friendly guys down at Oakridge Ford. I Highly recommend this place for anyone with a bad credit rating who thinks they wont get approved at a good rate, Ford Credit is a miracle I have a lot of debt and a pretty embarrassing credit score yet Ford was able to give me 0%. I hope more people buying new cars go to this dealership because the price is right and the service is GREAT!!! More
