The car has been a joy to drive powered by the 2.0 EcoBoost engine. The car is very smooth on the highway and comfortable. Before, and after purchase, Steve spent time explaining all the features and sat with us and taught us how to use every feature in the truck. It was evident to us that Steve values his customers and works to provide a top notch experience. I have also been very impressed with the follow-up we have received. Steve has taken the time to phone us to find out how we are enjoying our F150, and to find out if there was anything else he could do for us....service beyond compare. I have given a perfect rating as Steve is a fantastic salesperson. He goes above and beyond the expectations of a Salesman in my opinion. I also enjoy going to Steve as he is able to provide you with all of the information that you need about the vehicle, does not pressure you in any manner, however you end up having to purchase the vehicle because he somewhow is able to get the numbers to what you would like right away..quite impressive to me as I see so often Salespeople starting off at one number and going back and fourth numerous times. I always suggest to my friends and family to visit Steve first and I will continue too!!!! More
We actually arrived on Oakridge Ford lot by mistake. We had been looking for a different company. However, we decided to take a look since we were there. While looking at a vehicle in the showroom we heard someone coming across the showroom saying 'hi' when we turned it was Steve Sawruk. It was a very happy surprise as Steve had served us for years but had recently lost track of him. Steve has always been a very attentive and knowledgeable person. We have always trusted Steve to help us obtain the best trade-in and get into the vehicle that best suits our needs. He recently enabled us to get into a (dream ) car that we didnt believe we could afford. All this came as no surprise as Steve has always given us amazing service. In the past Steve enabled our daughter to get into her first car and recently enabled our son to get into his first. Once our daughter was aware that we had been back in contact with Steve she decided to go back to him to help her get into a new car. This was done painlessly and Zoe and her husband Jamie are absolutely thrilled with it. I have the utmost confidence in Steve and have no problems in recommending Steve and the Oakridge Ford dealership. All of the staff there are so very friendly yet professional. More

I wanted a particular vehicle,(2009 Ford Escape, Black Pearl) and David helped me find it and get it financed. Though the exact vehicle I wanted, with all its specifications, was not available, even on a Pearl) and David helped me find it and get it financed. A year ago I was thinking about trading in my car ( 2007 Jeep compass), for a Ford Edge. I didn't really know what I was looking for in a car or really what I wanted as far as options go, or even that I wa Jeep compass), for a Ford Edge. I then met Justin told him I was just out test driving cars and I would have like to try out an Edge with the three option that I knew I wanted, he had brought me out the 2013 Ford Edge Limited. Took it out for a test drive and fell in love!! At this point I had just started to look at cars and was just having fun test driving. We got to talking about the car and he had offered that I could take the car home for that night. Brought it back and talked more about the car and numbers and what I could get for my trade in. Oakridge Ford worked really well for me and gave me a great offer that I could not say no to. The Next thing I knew I had bought a car! It was a very emotional situation for me, Not only being the first car I had purchased on my own, but getting rid of my old car that held a sentimental memory for me. The whole thing became overwhelming for me and brought me to tears. I am sure this was a shock to not only Justin but all the employees at Oakridge Ford, as I did express alot of excitement about purchasing this car. Justin was excellent at handling this reaction I had given and had said to take my time and that if i needed more time to think about it I could. A few days later I got in with the new and out with the old. Justin was super helpful with giving the basic run down for the options in the car, as well as teaching me how to use everything with the mysync. One downfall, i didn't get a full Tank of gas in the car when I got to pick it up!. I was a bit shocked, you would think buying a brand new car, you would at least get a full tank of gas! So of course I said something. Thankfully, Justin was able to get a gas card and filled up the tank for me! All the employees in service, Especially Tarek. were very friendly and helpful. There was one problem with the Sync, that took alot longer then expected to have fixed. I of course was very frustrated by the situation and how long it was taking, but Tarek was very professional and so helpful with making sure I was taken care and getting me a rental. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone. The overall experience was fantastic, everyone was caring and super friendly! A year later I am still in love with the car and I am so happy I had made this purchase and chose Oakridge Ford. More
