I was referred to Oakridge Ford by a good friend, turns out another good friend had recently made a purchase as well. I come from a bad credit history, and my current vehicle would have cost me a fortune t out another good friend had recently made a purchase as well. I come from a bad credit history, and my current vehicle would have cost me a fortune to get it safetied (leaving me with a very troubled vehicle regardless). Over the last two years I have worked hard to re-establish my credit rating. With all this in mind, a Ford was something I was interested in... and I was specifically looking for a used older model vehicle (thinking that was the only thing that was possible). From the second I made contact I was treated as a valued customer. They respected the fact that another check on my credit bureau wasn't in my best interest unless they could get me into a car I could be proud of and afford. The information I was given was straight up and reflective of my situation, for that I will be forever grateful. All the pros and cons were presented to me and when it all came down to the final decision I couldn't say no. I was put into a brand new vehicle with all the bells and whistles at an interest rate (thanks to Ford Financing) that I could actually afford (anywhere else I would have been taken advantage of and offered a vehicle at a double digit high interest rate). Jesse and Steve were simply outstanding... and I look forward to putting them to the test of their promise to make sure that this vehicle will continue to provide me with years of amazing service. Spending money isn't easy on the best of days, however when you feel you are backed by people of their word (and they earn your trust along the way) it turns out to be money well spent. Without a doubt I would refer friends and family to Oakridge Ford and specifically to Jesse and Steve. I can only assume that along the way I will meet more great people at this dealership that will make the experience of my first Ford a positive one. More

I work shift work and my wife works straight days so it is often difficult to find the time for both of us to spend researching and looking at vehicles without “ruining” a weekend. A phone call to Steve with a general idea of what we were in the market for was all it took. Steve brought all the vehicles to my door at a time that worked for me and to my wife’s office when it worked for her. Steve was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and I knew exactly what the money and feature difference was between models. Overall it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I was looking for a very practical used car for my newly driving high school son. I really needed to keep the budget at under $15,000. I researched my info and visited all the Ford dealerships in town looking for gently used Ford Focus. The other two I went to left me feeling not so great. They were fast and pushy and high pressure trying to convince me of a new car and going over my budget. They also seemed frustrated or dismissive of all my questions. I was so very frustrated that we didn't even test drive any of the cars. When I walked into Oakridge it was different right from the start. They were nice and friendly and easy going from when I arrived. They all acted like they had all the time in the world for me and even got me a yummy Kuerig coffee to start. Karl was so nice and friendly and patient, even my son commented on the difference! Karl talked about money and budget in such a way I didn't feel disrespected or pressured to go beyond what we could. We all went on a test drive and he was a hoot making us crack up! He has a great sense of humour and my teen boy loved him. Karl answered my 101 questions with patience and understanding and never made me feel stupid or like I didn't need to know that like the other car places had. Then when we got down to the money part, he was very concientious and respectful of my budget and never once tried to convince me of something else we couldn't afford. We left very very happy customers - my son was most especially happy with his new 2012 navy blue Ford Focus! This was an awesome life lesson for my son to experience with me. More
