My first experience with Ford When I went into the Oakridge Ford Dealership for the first time I was greeted by friendly Sales Consultant, Bayardo Estrada. I told him I had never had a Ford vehicle before but after driving the Ford Escape on vacation I had been very impressed. The Escape handled more like car but gave me the cargo space needed for my home business needs. I confided to Bayardo, business has been slow this quarter and I am not sure I can qualify for a lease right now. He was so reassuring that he could help and he would do his best to get me into the vehicle I needed. Now I am in sales myself, so I recognize sales technique, but what I felt is that Bayardo really cared and really wanted to do everything he could to help. I was so impressed when he showed me the numbers to lease the 2014 Escape, they were about $200 less than the price for a comparable 2014 Honda CRV. Wow! Once the fun part of picking out the Vehicle I wanted to Lease and the options I would like included were completed with Bayardo, I was introduced to the Financial Services Manager, Jesse Bruder. I was nervous to apply for the lease due to some financial problems I was having. But he said I shouldn’t worry, I would be in good hands. Jesse had helped many people get into vehicles who didn’t have a perfect credit history. I want to thank Jesse for his kind and warm way of putting me at ease. I felt more comfortable than I expected, to talk about my financial situation. I felt he truly was interested in helping me and wasn’t I pleased to find out that I did qualify for a lease for the vehicle of my choice--a 2014 Escape! Thanks Jesse for making my experience enjoyable and stress free. For a numbers guy, he was exceptionally friendly and sincere. And when worked out the price to pay on delivery he rounded it down a little to make it an affordable amount for me—wow! I feel an extra sense of satisfaction in that Jesse offered me an optional protection plan that easily slipped into the budget and gave me the peace of mind that all the maintenance would be included for the 4 years. Thanks for such a great experience; I am enjoying my new Escape very much! More

They were responsive , kept us up to date on delivery and had all the paperwork ready to go taking very little time away from our busy day. And to be sure this was "the" car for us, they encouraged us to take it overnight and drive it. Ted did a great job on demo of the vehicle too.
