Excellent Service At Oakridge Ford in London!!!!!!!!! I recently purchased a used Ford F150 2011 from Oakridge Ford in London. The salesman that I purchased the truck from (David Sharpe) was very knowledg I recently purchased a used Ford F150 2011 from Oakridge Ford in London. The salesman that I purchased the truck from (David Sharpe) was very knowledgeable and worked out a great deal that met my needs and fit my budget. I felt as if I was purchasing the vehicle from a friend rather than a "Salesman." He wasn't pushy and didn't pressure me into buying anything. He made good points about the vehicle and knew a great deal about my Ford. When I visited with the Financial Manager, Jesse Bruder I was nervous because I had never financed a vehicle before and I wasn't too sure on what I could afford. When I sat down with Jesse he worked out an awesome warranty that fit my driving habits. He also arranged the perfect financing terms to suit my budget and advised me of things I should be aware of that I wouldn't have otherwise known. He quickly outlined the choices according to our requests and worked up prices just as quickly. We left that day trying to decide what we would do. A few days later, he called just to ask if we were still interested and if there was anything he could do for us. We decided then and there that he wanted our business and we were going to give it to him. Because the car we wanted was not readily available, he did everything in his power to fill our requests and we drove home with a great vehicle just a few days ago. We knew right away that for us, Bayardo Estrada had made the difference. We never did hear back from any of the other three dealerships. We would absolutely recommend asking for and dealing with him. Top Notch!!! About 13 years ago I bought my first car which was a Mustang from Oakridge Ford. About 7 years ago I went to see about getting a new Mustang, on which I decided I had to pass on. A week ago I took my 2001 Mustang in to get a repair done, which gave me some sad news that I was unable to fix the issue and that it was time to get a new vehicle. Well 4 days ago I walked back into Oakridge, and was met by Kelly! Right away she said to me "I recognise you!". Well she did from 7 years ago when I went to look at the second Mustang. How many sales people do you know that can say that. Kelly made this buying experience so relaxing, and very easy. When asked an honest question of "what would you do?", we were given an honest answer. Aaron also did a fantastic job in the finance department. He even helped to calm my nerves and did the best he could do get me what I wanted!!! What a joy these two caring people did for me in such a short period of time. They did there best and I have no regrets. I know that I will be coming back to deal with these too when I need my next vehicle. I have already recommended Kelly to a few co-workers this morning!!! If it was not for these too I would not be the proud owner of my 2014 Ford Escape!! Thank you sooo much for all your hard work and great service!!! More

Our experience on our recent purchase of a 2012 Ford Escape was very good. Bayardo was courteous, respectful and easy to deal with and we felt no pressure while contemplating our decision to purchase. T Escape was very good. The vehicle cost was only slightly negotiable from advertised cost but for good reason. It was priced very appropriately and in fact below Kelly black book average as well as some of the private sales we looked at. At delivery there was a slight delay to which Beyardo was sincerely apologetic and, as we had discussed an aftermarket security system for the vehicle, respectful of our time he suggested that he would discuss with his manager the possibility of discounting that item given our delay. I have had many experiences purchasing vehicles from several dealers which ranged from good to brutal. At the end of the day at Oakridge Ford we left feeling very satisfied with both our vehicle purchase and the way it was handled from a customer service prospective.
