Kelly Karl-Begg looked after my previous purchase of my 2008 Escape and always greeted me when I had my vehicle in for servicing. She showed that she cared about her customers and that is why I called her when I was ready to purchase a newer vehicle. Kelly went overboard with making the purchase as easy as possible and has made sure that we are comfortable with all the new "gadgets" on the new vehicle; even set up my phone for me.
