I can honestly say that Chris is the most honest, straight forward sales person that I've encountered in my long history of purchasing vehicles. He went to bat for me to get me a fair trade in price for my vehicle and then listened to all of my wants and needs for a new vehicle and man did he deliver!! Chris somehow makes the sometimes intimidating process of purchasing a new vehicle seem effortless and enjoyable. She showed that she cared about her customers and that is why I called her when I was ready to purchase a newer vehicle. Kelly went overboard with making the purchase as easy as possible and has made sure that we are comfortable with all the new "gadgets" on the new vehicle; even set up my phone for me. Great customer service from salesman I have given the rating I have because the sales person (Reese Patterson) has gone above and beyond what was needed for me. He has made sure his custo I have given the rating I have because the sales person (Reese Patterson) has gone above and beyond what was needed for me. He has made sure his customers are taken care of. A prime example of this is him personally dropping off a cheque to me that was sent to the wrong address so I didn't need to wait any longer. I had a couple issues with the dealership but that had nothing to do with my great experience with Reese and would definitely recommend him to family and friends who are in the market for a new vehicle.
