He was very knowledgeable and easy going , and I felt like I was talking to a friend. There was no pressure to make a purchase that day, but everything was so relaxed and easy that I ended up purchasing it the same day! Even after purchasing, I still contact Reese with any questions or concerns I have and he's very prompt at responding and answering my questions.
