I asked why the price we agreed to on the bill of sale that I signed seemed to double on the finance agreement they wanted me to sign. We quickly were helped by John Gillan, who asked us not what we were looking for, but what we needed. When we first started the process we were thinking do we need brand new? and is it attainable? We were quickly and pleasantly surprised about the amount and type of options available, and John did not hesitate one bit about his product knowledge. we needed two things in a truck, and he swiftly directed us into the direction we were looking for. Because of an unfortunate accident with our previous car, we though now would be the perfect time to upgrade. John showed us lots of different types, styles, and sizes of trucks, and we were able to get the best one for what we needed, and what we wanted. John drove a hard bargain on the price, but in the end it worked out well for us and we received a lot more in the truck than we were originally anticipating. BIG things, like nav, back up cam. and services that will protect your truck for many years to come. We were very surprised about the services offered. Oakridge ford and John Gillan Have met and exceeded our expectations, not only with the sale, but with the after service as well, and John mentioned that if I ever needed anything else he would, without hesitation help up out!
