Very poor customer service. Unprofessional sales people This will be my last visit for this dealership after what happened to me. I was interested in one used bargain vehicle and I called the salesman a day This will be my last visit for this dealership after what happened to me. I was interested in one used bargain vehicle and I called the salesman a day before and told him I wanna come to check this car. He was rude and not friendly at all when I was talking to him and his name Justin. I came the next day to the dealership to meet the guy and he was busy with another customer. I waited and waited for him to finish then I asked the receptionist to hook me up with another sale guy since they were just walking in the hall way and doing nothing. Finally I got another sale guy his name John and he was so rude as well. I told him I wanna see the car and I will meet him in that area. He then stopped me after 10 minutes to tell me that the cars were sold before one hour. Are you kidding me? Anyways, I don't think that anybody care from this dealership about what happened to me, but what I know that I will never ever buy anything from them or recommend them to my friends. More

During my initial visit and upon purchase Ted was a huge help, he didn't force a sale or try to push me in one direction or another, he simply brought me to the car I was looking at and gave me a short overview of the features before a test drive. Once back at the dealership I was concerned about the price and financing rate, Ted offered me a solution that addressed both problems. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend a visit to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle new or used. Ted made the experience of buying my first vehicle great, he was as excited as I was! Following the agreement I visited Luae for financing options and extended warranty, he was always smiling and friendly which made the experience very comfortable. He was also receptive to how I was leaning towards approaching the finance and offered another Avenue I hadn't previously thought of that will leave me in a better financial position immediately following the purchase.
