The biggest thing that impressed me and gave me no doubt that I will be returning to O'Regan's was after the agreement on financing was made, we were called a day later and advised that they found an area on the contract they could adjust and lower our down payment and monthly costs! How many dealerships out there would choose to save their customer money vs money in their own pockets when the costs had already been agreed to, this truly demonstrated their commitment to customer service.
