I had always gotten a bunch of hoo ha from family and friends about how much of a pain buying a car is -- not to mention how shady car sales people apparently are. Here, all those rumours didn't really apply at all. I received extremely helpful and friendly service while hunting for a car. I had a price range set and a list of features I'd prefer to have, as well as a list of a few cars off the Oregan's website to get a start on. Tyler went over every vehicle on my list plus a few others, demoed them (didn't have my full license when I started hunting), and most of all helped me pick a car that suited me while not breaking my budget. Being my first car buying experience, I probably could have managed to negotiate a bit more out of it, but that aside, I still got a really good deal on my vehicle. Tyler even arranged to drive it to a family member's house to store for a couple weeks while I waited for my license. On top of that, when I got my fulls, he went into the dealership on a day off and hooked me up with a temporary permit so I could drive it. This is definitely a guy that sees the true value of helping the customer. More
