We had wonderful experience in buying used car from Keith .When we entered O'REGAN'S We were under the impression that some sales person will come and show us vehicles on display with list price but we were .When we entered O'REGAN'S We were under the impression that some sales person will come and show us vehicles on display with list price but we were surprised how Keith first understood our needs and budget then he suggested cars within our budget .Within span of 2-3 days we were so close to Keith as if he is our family friend known to us for so many years. After finalizing Kia Rondo Ex MODEL now it was time to close the deal ,we were slightly tensed as it was appearing out of budget but again we were surprised how Codey managed and brought car of our choice by showing different options of down payment and finance options so that our monthly budget should not disturbed and we got a very good deal from him at a competitive price. On the delivery day Keith came to know that we have got restricted licence so he and Codey decided to deliver vehicle at our home and it was wonderful gesture from both of them to help new immigrants like us . I must say that our recent used vehicle purchase through O'Regans Green Light was the most enjoyable car shopping experience we have ever had. They ensured that we understood every aspect of our dealings with them and that we left with a sense of confidence that we had been treated appropriately. NOW, Keith Boulegon was an entirely different experience from any we had ever had in vehicle shopping (this was our 19th vehicle purchase from a variety of new and used car dealerships and sales personnel). From the moment we were introduced to Keith (by Keith, the SELECTION SPECIALIST) we were struck by his friendly and engaging manner. That was the beginning of the most fun we have ever had during a major purchase transaction (be it cars, appliances, houses, furniture, renovations or whatever). Keith listened, understood our wants, our budget limitations and immediately set out to find the vehicle that we wanted. Initially, during our original conversation, he 'tested' our wants by offering reasonable alternatives that would either help our budget or stretch it - all in the pursuit of understanding exactly what we were looking for. Keith found several alternatives that were almost there but didn't quite fit our 'wants / budget' balance. Undaunted, he persevered and found exactly the correct vehicle. We had initially expressed a desire for a Mocha metallic colour and were somewhat taken aback when Keith brought forward the almost perfect candidate which appeared a first sight to be Silver in colour. We were much happier when Keith convinced us to view it as a lighter, different tone of Mocha ;-) At that point, the vehicle became perfect and our search was completed. At no time was there any sense of pressure. Keith was very quick to assure us that our wants / budget were his first and only priority and we never lost the sense that that was indeed fact. He was exceedingly helpful especially during the search and negotiation phases but was stellar during the after sale delivery and early follow-up phase. It was truly as if we were dealing with a good friend, someone who cared about us. His sense of humour has to be his best attribute for putting people at ease but he follows through with exceptional attention to detail and service delivery. What more could I say to convince someone of our sincerity then to say that we would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a vehicle. Buying your first car is quite the experience - and can easily become a difficult one without the right people. Terry Murphy on sales and Stephen Kinch in financing answered my many, many questions and were friendly and honest. Although I ended up getting a great deal on a used car (2009 Corolla), they helped me price out and test drive a new 2012 to put my mind at ease about making the right decision. Terry explained all the specs of both cars in a way that I could easily understand. Stephen walked me through the warranty options and helped me get a good deal on the one I eventually chose. I didn't feel hassled as I thought I would, especially in deciding the difference between new and used. I'm sure they work on commission, but it didn't seem that way. I would 100% recommend Terry as a sales guy if you want an honest opinion and someone who will work to get you discounts wherever possible. Thanks again! More

It was time for us to trade in our 2002 Nisssan suv for a newer improved truck. As we have lots of landscaping work to do, we diecided it was a pick up that would be needed. We called Keith early April, explained our needs and said as we were going to be away for two weeks, what could he present to us by end of April. We had an idea he may find us some possibilities to look at but all of the time, Neil, also believed he was going to have to do the leg work on his own to find exactly what he wanted. We got back from vacation, Keith called us, said he was sending over a spec sheet and photo of THE truck he had found that we might like. It was a Chevvy Silverado. Neil looked at it, muttered "thats it? He has only found us one truck to look at? Thats no good? Looks like we will have to find one ourselves!" Well...he started checking out the specs, comparing them to other trucks available, i even saw a glimmer of excitement in his eyes. Then he said..."maybe we should just take a look" soI called Keith and set up an appontment. We live in BeaverBank and wor in Halifax, the dealership is in Dartmouth and it was a week day evening. So to our amazement Keith said I'll bring it to Halifax...just down the road from where you work...is that easier?" Neil was thrilled not to have to drive across the bridge at 5pm that evening! Next we arrived to take a look. OMG! It was loaeded with everything...EVERYTHING! We couldn't think of a spec it didn't have. Neil was very excited at this point. 1) we couldn't believe that Keith had really listened to our needs and 2)he had found Neil exactly what he was looking for....so thats why he only had to find us one vehicle to look at! it was the ONE! Perfect job Keith! First he made us feel conmfortable in our initial discussions, then he actually LISTENED to what we wanted, then he FOUND us the perfect truck for us and FINALLY, he made the sale such a great experience, simple, quick and painless...what more could you ask for! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and I am very pleased! As this was my first time buying from a dealer I was unsure of what to expect, after being thoroughly disappointed with anothe and I am very pleased! As this was my first time buying from a dealer I was unsure of what to expect, after being thoroughly disappointed with another used car dealer in the area, O'Reagans was amazing. Russell was quick to come out to the lot and take care of me. He listened, was not pushy at all and was very helpful! I never felt any pressure or that I was being taken advantage of. After testing out a few vehicles around the lot (they have a great selection!) I found one I was very interested in and was offered to take it for the night to get a better feel for the car. This was very much appreciated! After bringing the car back the next day I was sold on it and O'Reagans. I then started dealing with Codey to get the paperwork done which was also stress free, pressure free and very pleasant. I honestly can't say enough good things about these two gentlemen or O'Reagans. 5 star service guys! More

I was in the market for a used Elantra Touring with a manual shift, not easy to find in Nova Scotia. I came across one at O,Regans and contacted the dealership via email as I lived 4 hours away. I asked a few questions and made an offer through Scott Low. I got the answers back I was looking for and made an appointment to check out the car. We arrived at the dealership and were looked after immediately by Russell May. Russell is a young, eager salesman who was polite, professional and best of all, not pushy. We checked out the car, an 09 Touring GL, which looked and drove like new. I couldn't believe this car was still on the lot. It was well appointed and driven minimally with only 38000 on the clock. We agreed on the price aranged with Scott and then I had a couple of requests. I needed it undercoated and required winter tires although the all seasons on the car were brand new. Russell and Codey pulled some strings and I got bumped up to get the undercoating done at a reduced rate, which was appreciated. Russell made arrangements to install a set of winter tires and the vehicle came back with new winter Toyos. Great tires at a very good price. Off hand I inquired about the maaintenance history and 15 minutes later Russell gave me the documented history of the car. It had been dealer serviced since day 1. All the work I requested was completed very quickly considering my last minute requests. I left the dealership completely satisfied and only after I returned back home did I realize what a great deal I got. The car and dealership experience both exceeded my expectations.
