Most times I purchased Chrysler vehicles. In 2011 I had an opportunity to take over a lease on a 2010 Matrix maturing in February 2014. In December 2013 We began searching for a replacement vehicle. At that time we met Terry Murphy who guided us through the process and we secured a 2014 Toyota Corolla (Leased). Very Professional and accommodating. Listened to our needs and provided exactly what we were looking for. Forward to January 2016 and I was looking for a replacement for my 2000 Nissian Frontier. I had done a bit of background work on line locating a couple of prospects. In this case I got to deal with Terry Murphy and Mark Tracey. One contact with Terry and things were set into motion. He made arrangements through Mark Tracey to have my vehicle appraised and gave me the opportunity to test drive a 2011 Rav4. Through numerous contacts via email and phone provided a very fair value for my vehicle and end price for Rav4. It should be noted that in this deal Mark Tracy played a very important role as well in reviewing information on the vehicle in Terry's absence so I had a clear understanding of the history of the unit with Toyota thereby adding value. Great team work guys. I purchased the 2011 Rav4 on January 16th. Thanks guys for your attention to the client and their needs while representing you dealership so well.
