I called and asked if they purchase used vehicles . The gentleman on the phone was extremely polite and helpful . He asked me alot of questions about the car and my information . Booked me an appointment to go in to see what they would give me for it . I go in for my appt . They say $300 because of the kilometers. That was their ONLY reasoning , Didn't even look at the car ! It's still got a vaild MVI for 8 months and is in fairly good shape . None of that mattered tho, only the kilometers because they were high. So on the phone I was asked more information about the car than what they asked when i went for the appointment, and they couldn't tell me over the phone , instead of waste my time telling me to bring it in ?! I sold a vehicle 2 weeks ago on marketplace that had no front wheels and was sitting for a year , blew a bunch of smoke when we started it up, lol Missing the wiper assembly and motor, etc.... and a guy gladly gave me 300. Don't waste your time with these guys! More

They have the most amazing patience as well, I had a question for Peter that I sent to him on a Sunday, so not to forget to send it on Monday and he replied within minutes (I wasn't expecting a response until Monday)...now that's customer service! I've even had to have a tire replaced as a result of one of the many "lovely" potholes in HRM. this was also handled quickly and was fully covered under the road hazard warranty. Steven Rideout in service was able to get me in as quickly as he could, especially with another snow storm on it's way!
