O'Brians was the worst car buying experience i have ever had. They sold me a car that was a previous total loss and didn't tell me. They didn't even know themselves. If I could give less than one star I most definitely would More

I got a 2019 mustang a car I always wanted went to trade my 2019 f150 with 150k put 1000$ down they didn't take the trade and on test drive there was a noticeable wobble and huge scratch I told Anup my sale my 2019 f150 with 150k put 1000$ down they didn't take the trade and on test drive there was a noticeable wobble and huge scratch I told Anup my sales guy he said o yes we'll fix I took back next weekend and dropped off the following Monday they said it was fixed wobble is still there and so is the scratch I tried to reach out again and now no reply they have not tried to fix so I'm paying 60k for a car the wobbles and has a nasty scratch and also was told it was detailed which they only washed the outside no interior or engine not happy will never recommend o Brian to anyone and I buy and sell cars I would feel so bad if I ripped someone off maybe they do it so much they are use to it More

So friendly and easy to deal with it was very nice to get this kind of treatment from a vehicle dealership I don't think that we ever had that anywhere else.
