Stacey Cooke pulled things out of the fire. I went into the dealership when my 2013 F150fx died on me. The turbo and the timing chain went on what was a less then 5 year old truck. Needless to s I went into the dealership when my 2013 F150fx died on me. The turbo and the timing chain went on what was a less then 5 year old truck. Needless to say I was not impressed and even though I had been born into FORD loyalty I was questioning things. I went into Stacey more for advice on how to deal with this disaster. He was able to gently guide me into a new vehicle and got me what he could for my broken down truck. I don’t spend money well and was not prepared to part with my relatively new truck and jump into a new vehicle which extended my payments. Stacey realized my struggles and made the process as painless as possible. FORD should count their blessings because had he not stepped in I can say with every certainty that I would have left the FORD family. More
