Stacey took care of preparing all of the paperwork for us and setting up to have the winter package put on the vehicle before I took the car home. We then were directed to Elise to complete the remainder of the paperwork and finalizing the purchase. Stacey insured all our requests had been met when we came to pick up the vehicle.
