He made sure we were satisfied with the trade value of my truck before settling on a deal, he wasn't too pushy and he didn't make it seem like he only wanted to make a sale; he was really interested if we were happy with it first, which was nice! Once I bought the car, he went over everything in the new car with me from head to toe he made sure I understood how everything worked and he gave me his card incase I ever had any questions regarding the car or needed help with something.
