The receptionist was 100% enthusiastic for me and put me on to Chris Birley. They went above and beyond to welcome me...without being pushy. I saw the Escape...it was OK ....he asked what features would make it "great" for me....and showed me a second one on the lot. I love it.....and the service from Caitlyn to Chris to finance guy Dave Miller was top notch. Very happy. More
