I have now purchased two cars from Northway Ford, each time dealing with Rob Farrington et al. and after both times and after all the servicing that I have had done (I am religious about having servicing done on time/mileage), I have been impressed and very happy with what I was sold, the servicing and how everyone was a gentle person in how they dealt with me. Now for the car, I have never felt so 'special' as when I drive this Lincoln and I am beginning to appreciate why friends and colleagues get excited about the ride and all the options in this MKC Lincoln. Amazing service, with just a couple of hiccups. Let me preface this by saying that Chris and Elise have been nothing short of accommodating, friendly, kind, and easy to work with. They are the reason this review is a 5 and not a 4. Chris would respond to me via email, text, or phone call in a very reasonable amount of time, even when on his day off, and has went out of his way several times to assist me and cater to my querries. They are understanding and it feels like they really do try to meet your requests. Not once did I think I was being tricked or deceived. There were a few hiccups with certain service requests, but that was not Chris or Elise's fault, and they are actually helping me resolve the situation, even though the deal was finalized and the car was already delivered. Again, they make this a 5 star review. Small issues aside, the customer service here is outstanding, and for that alone I will definitely be shopping here for my next vehicle. Highly recommended.
