Frustrated after a half hour search in the parking lot at the dealer I went home to eat as I hadn't yet all day Made a apt to bring the vehicle back into the shop for a more thorough search It now became the shop mystery everyone had there head in there looking Still no luck they pin pointed to the front and lifted the passenger seat up and under the carpet near the megiminsion that moves the seat back and forth it was lodged under the carpet My stress was immediately gone and the hunt was over Everyone was as curious as I was as to weher it could have gone Hours of hand and arm searching in every nook and cranny in the vehicle.. This will be fresh cookie time for the wonderful staff that ended by day with a big smile Thanks to all staff at Northland Nissan More

He worked hard on his end to make sure I got what I wanted. I found the perfect vehicle, at a fair price (my price). All of the staff, with the exception of one, were a real pleasure to work with. Very helpful and straight forward (a huge plus in my books!) Lora was a pleasure to work with. She was a lot of fun! Shawn was very helpful too. I would give it a straight 5 stars except for that one unpleasant encounter. However, Lucas' persistence (without being overbearing) won me back. I highly recommend working with Lucas. You won't regret it. More

The sales department was outstanding and I got to know the people in service department, they were amazing. Action speaks louder than words. My actions were, first purchase was a new 2007 Murano. 3 years later traded it in for a new 2010 Murano and that to a new 2013 Murano. My wife always wanted to use my car, so I told her to get her own. She went and got a new 2014 Murano. I just went and got my newest one, a 2016 Murano. I do not feel that this is just a business relationship anymore, the people at this dealership, I consider them friends. To my friends- Well Done, Thank You for everything. More
