I guess it was not enough that I had the issue with my Armada fixed. After sharing how I had never been able to get the video entertainment system working, Chris, the Service Manager personally jumped in Armada fixed. After sharing how I had never been able to get the video entertainment system working, Chris, the Service Manager personally jumped in and showed me how to work it. Still, that was not enough. As I drove away, I noticed my Armada had been washed outside and the inside dust all wiped away! It was like driving home a brand new car off the lot! It was so nice! That’s the kind of exceptional personal service that has kept us coming back to Northland Nissan for the last 2 decades. We love the people and how well we are treated! More

Was in for oil change service and tire swap. The service dept always do a good job. Only one thing I am not exactly happy with. Good service. I like the printed diagnostic report of my vehicle & it was explained to me.
