Excellent staff, very helpful and quick at getting me up and running. My only issue is that the desk guys are working/set up in the garage. Emergency service I experienced an unexpected problem with my 2009 Honda CRV (engine light came on). I called North Bay Honda at 3:30pm, explained my concern & also, th I experienced an unexpected problem with my 2009 Honda CRV (engine light came on). I called North Bay Honda at 3:30pm, explained my concern & also, that I had to travel to Toronto from Sundridge in 2 days to get my daughter to the airport. I was advised to come up right away, which I did. It's a 45-minute drive, so I would be arriving between 4:15 & 4:30. I was greeted by Greg Hilton who has always been extremely helpful & caring. He got my vehicle in right away & 45 minutes later, I was ready to return home. This type of service seems to be rare nowadays, but I have always received similar treatment any time I have had to have my vehicle serviced there. KUDOS to North Bay Honda. Much appreciated.
