I was very disappointed with service interactions and the timing for the maintenance on my vehicle. This is not the first time this happens. I understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances th timing for the maintenance on my vehicle. This is not the first time this happens. I understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances that cause delays. In such cases, I appreciate being kept informed which I was not. Also, I was not greeted well as had been the case some years back. The staff seem less concerned with its customers and their time. The overall atmosphere and waiting areas are far from welcoming in the past few years. There was minimum communication prior, during and after the service done on my vehicle. Also, I was not given the paperwork about the work done and only realized the next day. I live outside of town but will have to return to get this paperwork to add to my files. I used to enjoy my experience at this dealership. More

I generally am very satisfied with the service provided. My last visit on Feb4th, I was disappointed that I had to pay 140$ for an oil change.
