Let me first say the service people are great. But, when you have to wait almost 1 month for a normal service appointment, there is something fundamentally wrong with how your system is working.. - When I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment. - When toyota finally found my scheduled appointment, they told me it would be $270ish dollars. I was told the oil change is not covered. I told them it was free as part of the deal when we bought the vehicle. We were give four free service visits which include at least one oil change. I brought paper proof of the offer we were given when we bought the vehicle in December 2024. Finally toyota service guy figured it all out!!!! - When we picked up the vehicle (we had to wait a few minutes for it to be done). I advised the toyota service guy not to wash the car. The last time we had the car into toyota....and it got washed....it got scratched! That's another story.... - I was not offered a ride home - I started walking and called my husband to come and get me when he could. My husband was at an appointment at the hospital. He was having a biopsy on a lymph node - for potential cancer. Honestly, could have done without all the crap from toyota on this day. - When I got back into the vehicle to drive it away, the seat setting I had it on was messed with and not to my body size - This is weird because we have the option of #1, or #2 programmed setting. Why would they mess with it? - the service we've received has never been good. When we got home, my husband remarked on how great the service was in the past - - we're wondering what the heck happened? More
I appreciated being able to add snow tires and rims to my existing service appointment, only wish I was able to do the recall at the same time. Drop off went smoothly. Problem arose when I was picked up by the shuttle driver. He received a call from the dealership requesting a customer pick up. The driver questioned the female caller and stated the he was NOT picking up another customer because he was already on his way back to dealership. The caller asked if he could pick up the customer after dropping me off. To which the driver replied with No, you get in a car and pick up the customer yourself. All the while, the driver was raising his voice, being aggressively rude to the caller, hitting the steering wheel and driving erratically on snow covered roads. (speeding up, not fully stopping at stop signs, following other vehicles closely, driving on the opposite side of the road) The whole experience was very unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe during this thankfully short drive to the dealership. Once arrived at the dealership, Tammy was quick to aide in gathering my keys and bill, however, my bill was incorrect as it did not reflect the 15% off I was promised. Tammy happily fixed it to reflect the discount. While paying, I recounted my bad shuttle experience to Tammy and she stated she would notify her boss. The only other disappointment was when I got to my Tundra with all black accessories and the new steel rims were silver instead of black, but I guess that’s my negligence in assuming they would be and not specifying. All together, as a loyal Toyota customer, this experience was quite disappointing and much different than all the other great experiences I have had previously. More
I want to thank Roberto for going the extra mile for me. I wanted to get back into a truck for the longest time. I had a previous lease through Ford that I was not happy with, but at the time (covid) the nu I wanted to get back into a truck for the longest time. I had a previous lease through Ford that I was not happy with, but at the time (covid) the numbers worked. I went and looked at a F-150 and it was plain jane inside. No pop, no excitement. I've always wanted a Toyota product but never thought it would be in my budget. I contacted Roberto, a family friend to see if it was possible. We tried a Tacoma at first but it wasn't in the cards. I then started looking at Tundra's. The interior was fun & exciting! I couldn't shake the truck from my head. Roberto work for 2-3 weeks going back and forth on different options and products until we landed on my lease option. Roberto went above and beyond to make sure all aspects worked for me. Cost, colour, model, needless to say I can't stop smiling at my Tundra. I'm so happy to be back in a truck! More
Usually I would highly recommend this dealership, but this time booking my appointment I had to wait nearly a month for my appointment, the excuse being that it is tire season.
