Customer service M. VERN LIND gave me a bad attitude over the phone today and even hang up on me while i was just calmly trying to explain a situation. Then when i picke VERN LIND gave me a bad attitude over the phone today and even hang up on me while i was just calmly trying to explain a situation. Then when i picked-up my vehicle, M.VERN LIND raised his voice, became aggressive and almost pushed me and he discredited me asking if i knew how to read while i was asking his name regarding again his immediate bad behavior towards me. If you have a service appointment ask for another person because this individual can be aggressive and cause a situation to degraded. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be working in a environment involving clients. I left Norlan stress-out. Not pleasant at all. More
