Sarah was my service advisor & did a wonderful job communicating with me on what was going on. Even had a wonderful talk with Glen the shop Forman as I waited for the shuttle to give me a lift home while my jeep was in the shop. The shuttle lady was very happy & welcoming also with a wonderful conversation on the ride to my house. The tech Garret went above & Beyond to make sure my jeep was fixed right, plus explained to me what was going on with it. Excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly & welcoming.
