Terrible service I booked a appointment for 8 am to have wipers looked at and some other checks with the option to rent a car from them for the day but the experience I booked a appointment for 8 am to have wipers looked at and some other checks with the option to rent a car from them for the day but the experience was terrible. This is a car dealership but they had no cars available to me for rental! I had to call them many times during the day to check on the status of the repairs but could not speak to someone as I was only being transferred to voicemails. No call returns at all. At 1 pm I still had no idea what was going on. Once I managed to speak with an advisor he said the car was ready with no explanations. Once I inquired further, it turned out that it was only partly fixed. They did not have the part needed to fix the wipers and did not bother ordering one! He said he would have to order it but it would not arrive on the same day. I stated that I need my car by the end of the day yet did they did not care as I had made travel arrangements for the weekend (it was Friday). In short, the air conditioning was not fixed, the wipers were not fixed either with only wheel alignment being done. So a third of the work was done yet they chose to call the car ready? I could not understand why I was not informed about the status of the repairs without me having to call? Why is it so difficult to get a small wiper part for a car left there at 8 am even though the broken piece was available at a parts dealer 5 minutes away from the dealer? I was told the missing part could only arrive on Tuesday (car left on Friday) if they ordered it (not done!). I decided to pick up my (still) broken car and get the part myself at a parts dealer nearby and I was able to get another mechanic to fix the car the following day at 7 am which was enough for me to continue with my trip as planned. Shame on you Nissan for the poor service! I definitely won't buy a Nissan again. Did I tell you I was fixing the wiper link for the fourth time... More
