En raison de la pandémie, nous sommes au Nouveau-Bruns AUCUN SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE!!! Nous avons deux autos : une Jetta et une Rogue, version luxe. En raison de la pandémie, nous sommes au Nouveau-Brunswick et ne pouvons nous déplacer à Montréal. Ce n'est pas une option. Nous avons contacté VW Niquet pour nous enquérir comment récupérer nos pneus d'été. Ils ont été charmant et, en très peu de temps, les pneus d'été ont été envoyés (à leurs frais; dans un transfert d'autos) à notre concessionnaire, à Dieppe, au Nouveau-Brunswick. BRAVO VW PIQUET! Maintenant, côté NISSAN : RIEN, deux fois rien, moins que rien. On a même offert de payer pour qu'ils envoient les pneus au concessionnaire de Moncton. RIEN. ILS NE VEULENT RIEN FAIRE. Pas d'effort, pas de coeur, pas de service à la clientèle. Va-t-on racheter NISSAN ? NON? Va-t-on recommander ce concessionnaire? NON. Dommage qu'on doive donner une étoile! J'aurais mis -10!
