"Amazing Dealership "

My relationship with Neddy's North Bay Hyundai began November 2015 when I bought my Santa Fe Sport. I was price comparing between Hyundai dealerships in Ottawa, and Sault Ste. Marie. My own home dealership had by far the best price and awesome service. Joe Ammerata was my point person. He was personable, helpful, patient, and no pressure. Just went out and got us an awesome deal. Then a year later when I needed the larger Santa Fe LT he found a customer for my sport and was able to once again put together an amazing deal. I only have my vehicles serviced at Neddy's. They are efficient, prompt great service, and friendly to boot with a cup of coffee or water from an ecological water machine in a spacious waiting room with wifi availability and big screen TV. When there was a problem with an oil change coupon due to getting my new vehicle over year end, it was quickly taken care of by staff. Joe Ammerata and the staff are people oriented and you will come away like I did with an amazing experience. Previously I have dealt with Dodge/Chrysler; Nissan; Ford; and Toyota. None of them ever came close to the five star service I received at Neddy's North Bay Hyundai.

"Worst customer service ever!!!!!!"

- not impressed

I was overcharged (forgot I had warranty on item) and wanted reimbursement. It took 4 phone calls and immature comments were made while trying to get a cheque from them. Poor communication between departments. Poor setup of accounts and billing problems. The comments made indicated the conversation had been discussed with several staff members as I was pointed out to several people while waiting for my cheque, which was supposed to have been mailed twice. Unbelievable I have never been treated so poorly.
