The told me the vehicle had heated seats, it did not. They sold me a warranty and when I told them I didn't want it, they dragged there feet beyond the 30 days, then told me it was too late to cancel it They sold me a warranty and when I told them I didn't want it, they dragged there feet beyond the 30 days, then told me it was too late to cancel it. Finally, they sold me the vehicle without a jack, therefore without access to a spare tire, very unsafe for a vehicle for a family of 6. When I called to explain, they took months to find me a jack, and only because I called constantly. However, they expect me to come in from almost 3 hours away to pick it up. It's been almost a year, still no jack and no access to my spare tire. They were nice/friendly to deal with, but this is clearly an act to make a sale. I will never purchase from them again. More

Thought we found a fair deal on 2019 Grand Caravan. Brakes were beginning to squeal on test drive. We were told problem would be rectified. After getting an estimate to remedy problem they only agreed to pay half. Rear brakes were replaced, however front brakes are now squealing. We haven’t heard back from them since informing them of the ongoing issue. It’s been roughly 2 months since we purchased the vehicle and we still haven’t received the money they owe from differential between the deposit and the cost of transferring the plates from our older van. The van we traded in had no issue with brake noise, and we use the same service technician as we brought new van for repair. Disappointed to say the least. John Charlebois More

Friendly, respectful service I have been trying to get a car from other locations for months with no luck. When I walked in to My Car to check out their location and find out more I have been trying to get a car from other locations for months with no luck. When I walked in to My Car to check out their location and find out more info about how their financing works. It wasn't looking good for me due to my own lack of credit history. Then I met Al and Bill. Their financing guy -Bill- and the Sales man -Al- were very friendly and accommodating to my needs, I am an LGBTQ person and they treated me with respect and used my proper pronouns, that alone speaks volumes. I am proud and happy to say I am picking up my new car next week and couldn't be happier with how hard they worked to get me into my first vehicle. Credit building is not easy when nobody wants to help you rebuild it. This location met my needs and I will be happy to recommend anyone who is looking to rebuild credit or looking to get into a vehicle that suits their budget needs. Thanks guys! ~Markus More
