My daughter brought her Tuscon in for servicing today ( 1 of the 2 new cars i bought from them so far ) .. and they totally scammed her on costs to repair. She is a single mom with 3 kids, and she trusted t of the 2 new cars i bought from them so far ) .. and they totally scammed her on costs to repair. She is a single mom with 3 kids, and she trusted them because of me. I feel terrible, she was in tears today ! they quoted her $600 to repair an AC unit , and $2500 for total repairs to make her " safe " . Long story short --- she got a 2nd opinion -- and her AC fixed for $120 and all safety repairs completed for $1100. And when she asked for her money back to return the preordered AC unit -- they charged her a $10% restocking fee. :( Such bad service , I can't even :( More

I have bought 2 vehicles here now.....and the service has gone way down. My car under warranty at 50,000km broke down and had to get towed in. 4 days later im still waiting to have them look at it. Just wait til we call you...and dismissive attitudes. I am in Management....of service levels with a large internet company....and i get how busy you are. But when i clearly asked for an appointment to book in my under warranty car sitting on their lot all week....i am told that i have to wait. No eta. No callbacks. I feel like im bothering them when i call daily for an update. I sit here and wait....cant go anywhere anyway as they have my car. 2017 hyundai. I will not buy from them again. More

Fantastic experience dealing with Sumit! Living 6 hours north, we had a LOT of questions for him and he answered very quickly by text and phone. Tony Dang was the "Sales Professional" that reached out to hone in on which exact model of Elantra was best suited (and available) for myself. I had been looking at the other dealers in that area, but To to hone in on which exact model of Elantra was best suited (and available) for myself. I had been looking at the other dealers in that area, but Tony was the first knowledgeable and transparent person (willing to share information freely) I had met. I tend to buy from those people I feel comfort and respect from (when people don't answer or evade questions, that not honoring the conversation) and I had several occasions where the information was not "good news" but because Tony showed expertise and skill that I found is rare now, I wanted to do business at that dealer if possible. So I kept asking questions and Tony kept giving me information. I was also VERY impressed with the "good signals" at the dealer including KEEPING THE FACTORY CAR PRICING INFORMATION in the car windows - MANY dealer in that area remove them and they still would not give me THEIR PRICING of the car (they gave me lease or loan payment always in "general terms" or brought up the online pricing which was redundant as those site I clicked "get the dealer price"). Tony immediately gave me transparent information to make INFORMED decisions around. They were also very good at always allowing me to not feel trapped when I asked "closing questions" and did take advantage of emotions over intellect (which is the best way for both parties to not have buyer/seller remorse). Finally, Tony and his Sales Manager Richard did a good extended thank you and confirming I felt positive about the experience. One of the key reasons I considered their extended warranty was because of those conversations and being comfortable with a LONG relationship with that franchise that come linked to the warranty length - so I asked myself if I wanted to team with that dealer for that length of time (trust question) and I decided I did. More
