They cannot be taken by their word. Brought my daughters car in to get a quote on engine noise. Once they have you car they continue to up charge you. This what they did to us. They miss diagnosed our car and still charged us for their incompetence. After a $3500 misdiagnosis we had to pay then an addional $2000 to change out the motor. End of the day $5500 to Murray to change a motor out that I sourced and bought. They wanted to rip me off on a used motor as well. Stay far away they are as dishonest as they come. Especially the service manager Craig They don't even deserve 1 ☆ More

BUY SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN MURRAT GRUOP the undercoating was done poorly missed large areas and after it was fresh they put it on a lift which the pads removed the undercoating material, mudflaps that were on the truck were removed and heavy duty ones installed, however they did not give the removed parts back and when asked they just said we through them out. they were not theirs to through out. while installing the box cover the installer left a knob loose that vibrated causing damage to the cover stephan just had a dumbfounded look when he was shown, picture homer simpson. DO NOT LET TODD STUBEL of best mobile electronics touch your vehicle he breaks thing drills holes and hides it. More

Their 3 month/5000 mile used car warranty apparently is only good for safety issues and $100 deductible. Nothing was mentioned. Their 160 point mechanical inspection did not catch faulty shocks, dirty brak only good for safety issues and $100 deductible. Nothing was mentioned. Very poor repair service. I had my car in 4 times for the same problem. Charged me for each diagnostic evaluation. So ticked that 5 minutes after I picked up my car with 8,500 km I sold it to McNaught an same problem. Charged me for each diagnostic evaluation. The sales person was incredibly pushy and I was lied to several times. Just overall a terrible experience. I really wish a different sales person was assigned to me. Finally actually saw the vehicle after going down to the dealership. I Advertisement said no known accidents meanwhile entire back end was damaged. I guess I saw it too soon before they could fix it. No games, no run arounds, we talked about purchasing the vehicle and the terms. It was all settled in less than 30 minutes. The vehicle exchange a couple days later. I would do business with Tanner and the Team at Murray Chevrolet again, and I would be very confident if I referred a friend he would give them the same great service I received. Laughable Looked at purchasing a vehicle from them. Wow, do they ever pressure you. Then you'll go home and get harassed by their "neutral third party" who NEEDS an update from you but can't just ask the salesman. (Also, a 'neutral third party' who works at Murray... not so 'neutral' if you ask me...) Everything there was sloppy. Can't do this because they don't know how busy the service department will be. Can't do that because another bad excuse. Seems like they just want you to make a bad deal and be stuck with them forever. Biggest joke was that all the salesmen crowded the TV watching NFL and then paraded around the showroom when a team scored a touchdown... Not a great place to buy a vehicle but great if you need to watch the game but Triple B's is full. More
