I was stuck in town with a broken serpentine belt (they found a frozen bearing as well)…it was Saturday afternoon and I thought we had to wait till Monday (traveling with 5th from Reno, NV) which would thr found a frozen bearing as well)…it was Saturday afternoon and I thought we had to wait till Monday (traveling with 5th from Reno, NV) which would thrown our schedule off all the way down the line. They got us in and fixed in an hour and a half…what a giant relief and we are extremely thankful for the wonderful reception and service!
