When we picked up the vehicle Jarrod took the time to go through all the paperwork with us and on the vehicle itself making sure we felt comfortable with it before we left the lot and told us to call him if we had any questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. Everyone at the dealership we dealt with were very pleasant from the receptionist, the financing and sales. Sales with jarrod were wonderful My sales rep was amazing and tried to get me into a car that I wanted. And did everything he could. He was very friendly and helpful. I would defenitly use him again and recommend him to my friends and family. The finance guy I wasn't overly impressed with. I did not receive a phone call letting me know that my loan was approved. I had to call and find out. I was then told that he was not in until 2pm that day. 2pm passed and I still did not receive a phone call. Once again I had to call to find out what was going on. This also delayed me getting my new car by a day. I was also hung up on by a lady in the finance department. So the next day rolls around and I called to ask him to fax over the papers to the insurance company. He did answer his phone but then I was told "this is my day off and I'm not really in the office". If I didn't need this car I would of canceled it and went some where else. Because of Bill matched in the finance office. This in no way has anything to do with my sales rep Jarrod. Again he did everything he could to get me my car. More
