Friendly Receptionist, Terrible Service Staff I'll give 3 stars only because the receptionist in quick lube was very pleasant and friendly. Brought my new (3 month old) van in for an oil change to I'll give 3 stars only because the receptionist in quick lube was very pleasant and friendly. Brought my new (3 month old) van in for an oil change to the "quick" lube and waited 90 minutes for it to be completed. There was one car ahead of me that was already on the service hoist, so a 90 minute wait was completely unwarranted. The oil change receptionist was friendly however the service tech was far from personable. He enjoyed a sandwich and a coke while changing my oil, failed to use seat covers and floor covers resulting in greasy hand marks all over my leather seats and steering wheel. I mentioned this to the receptionist who told me that they have been reprimanded before about this in the past. Needless to say, I'll be frequenting a different venue for oil changes from this point on. Buying the van was awesome and the sales staff was fantastic. The quick lube service end needs a lot of work. More

Regretful. Never again. Hands down the most terrible service I have ever had. I had to chase the service department with phone calls just to get basic information regarding t Hands down the most terrible service I have ever had. That's if i was lucky enough to get a call back after countless voicemail's being left. Service adviser called me to set up a rental car pick up. Meanwhile, I had already picked up my truck five hours prior as it was finished being serviced. Great to know that they knew my truck was taken off the lot. More
