He was polite, respectable and extremely knowledgable about the Chrysler/Dodge products. Although at the time, we did not make a purchase, he followed up with as a few days later. Again, he respected the fact that we were not going to rush into our purchase. Weeks went by, he touched base with us and proved that he was going to work with us to find the vehicle that we needed. After several months, we made the deal. Mitch took care of all our needs and went that extra mile when it came time to deliver our new Durango. Working against the fact that they were no longer being produced and were a very coveted edition of the Wrangler, they searched tirelessly to get me mine! The exact one!!! No compromises had to be made as far as colour or options. Amazing effort really. A lot of dealerships would have moved on from this problem but they stayed the course and got it done!
