Excellent Experience I'd like to thank Tim, Bill, and the rest of the helpful staff at Motor City Chrysler regarding my latest purchase (a 2015 Jeep Patriot). This is the I'd like to thank Tim, Bill, and the rest of the helpful staff at Motor City Chrysler regarding my latest purchase (a 2015 Jeep Patriot). This is the second car I've bought from this dealership and I will definitely be returning when I need another vehicle. Tim was very helpful is helping me select the right car, handling my trade in, and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I found the Patriot I was very excited, but told him I was a bit disappointed that it lacked a couple power options I'm used to (like remote start). Tim right away called over to a nearby garage and got a quote on a remote starter that could be installed before I picked up the vehicle. I was very happy that this was even possible, and that it was getting taken care of before I picked up the vehicle, which was one less thing for me to worry about. Bill was also very helpful in the buying process. I'm normally used to finance managers at other dealerships being very pushy, trying to force unnecessary add-ons and options, but I'm happy to say that wasn't my experience here. Bill explained to me that the car already had a great extended warranty from the previous owner and didn't need anything extra, and explained a couple other options, but I never felt like he was trying to do a "hard sell" on me. Very refreshing. Overall I'd recommend Motor City Chrysler to any of my friends and family. More

Great Sales experience and follow up after the sale I drove by the location and happen to see a minivan that caught my eye.
