Motor City Chrysler responded

Darrin Once again I would like to apologize for your delay this morning, this is not the standard that Motor City Chrysler strives for. As I explained this morning the service department is in the midst a growth period, as you can see from the construction going on in and around the service department. on top of that we ARE a little short staffed. After speaking with you I called the shuttle driver to make sure his arrival back to the dealer would work with you schedule and also informed you that for future appointments we could pick up the vehicle and drop it back off to you when the work was completed avoiding the the drop off process altogether. All of that said I think its also fair to mention that your appointment was for 9am and you arrived at the dealership at 8:15.... I still agree with you that you waited too long, however we schedule our appointment time so that the adviser will have time to spend with the customer for an accurate account of why you have come into service in the first place. We need to do a walk around inspection and have you sign off on the w/o, all of these things take time. So when we have a couple of customers come late and a couple come early it can be quite chaotic. Once again I do apologize if you were inconvenienced and want to reassure you that we understand that your time is valuable. I hope to see you for future service and would encourage you to take advantage of our pick up and drop off services so as to avoid something like this in the future.
