Unorganized and understaffed When arriving at the dealer the first time to have my vehicle diagnosed there was only one service advisor working. I spent 45 minutes waiting to drop When arriving at the dealer the first time to have my vehicle diagnosed there was only one service advisor working. I spent 45 minutes waiting to drop off my keys for a scheduled appointment and then another 15 minutes waiting for a shuttle. I accepted the fact that they were busy and understaffed that morning. They said they needed to order a part and I'd return to have it installed. A common part usually arrives the next day or 2 days later at most. 3 weeks later still nothing, I call the dealership. Got the run around from department to department. Finally the parts department tells me the part is still not in. Coincidentally it arrives the following day. (Perhaps they forgot to order the part until I phoned) arrive a week later to have the part installed. This time 8 customers are in the service bay, and once again one service advisor working. I waited 60 mins to speak to the advisor. And no shuttles were available. The only reason I give this dealership 2 stars is because the Service Advisor John Leclair is the most competent, helpful and customer service oriented advisor I've dealt with at any dealer ever. There is no reason that this advisor should have to do the work of 4. He went above and beyond to try and make things right for me. When even the service manager didn't make an effort. It seems the issue here lies with the management. In my time standing around waiting for service I could tell that others were equally frustrated with their time being wasted. Being understaffed and unorganized is something management should be working on. My time is important, and in the future I will go to other dealers where they value my time. More

Love the Service/Disappointed in Small Car Options Available I had my 2013 Dodge Dart serviced today at this dealership. My Service Advisor John Leclair was very attentive to my needs in explaining that my engi I had my 2013 Dodge Dart serviced today at this dealership. My Service Advisor John Leclair was very attentive to my needs in explaining that my engine temperature gauge was operating and reading normal. However I am extremely disappointed that Chrysler has eliminated all the small cars now in favor of stocking big trucks, jeeps and vehicles that seem to favor men, families that need room and very young people that want to sport a Jeep type vehicle. I do not like the look of any of these Jeep type vehicles. They remind me to much of a truck. There is no style whatsoever in these vehicles that would make me want to buy one. I have always bought a Chrysler vehicle and I am in my 70's and I think they have forgotten the older crowd looking for a small, fuel efficient vehicle. If change does not happen within the next year I will be looking for perhaps a Ford or a GM vehicle to replace my Dodge Dart that they have discontinued making along with all the other line-up of smaller, smart looking vehicles that I can purchase at a competitive dealership instead of having to settle for what they are offering. More
Motor City Chrysler review This dealership although the name has changed a few times over the years has serviced my Chrysler vehicles since 1987. (ie 1976 Dodge Coronet, 1981 K This dealership although the name has changed a few times over the years has serviced my Chrysler vehicles since 1987. (ie 1976 Dodge Coronet, 1981 K Car, 1988 Dodge 600 and 1998 Dodge Caravan) I've had two service advisors over the years, one Robert Demers ( recently retired ) and now Bobby Stewart, Since I have mostly driven older vehicles I have been able to rely on my service representatives to keep my vehicles in good running order and up to date on any recalls. On my last visit I was given excellent service on an engine trouble code and left the dealership more then satisfied that my problem had been rectified. The mechanic gave me a page in length blow by blow of the diagnostics done and then the work to remedy the problem, thus the reason for my four star rating. More
Great Service Drove my Chrysler 200 to Motor City Service because, I was worried about an indicator engine light which was on steady. I’ve checked my “gas cap” but Drove my Chrysler 200 to Motor City Service because, I was worried about an indicator engine light which was on steady. I’ve checked my “gas cap” but, it was not loose. Adrian Lavictoire, Service Manager greeted me, and he identified with my concern. Bobby Stewart, Service Advisor took and expedited all my information. And the reason I know their names is because, I’ve asked for their name cards. Not only the service department rectified and replaced the “gas cap” which was the culprit of the indicator light staying on but, the exceptional personal conduct of these individuals were greatly appreciated. When my car was ready to go, Adrian Lavictoire, Service Manager personally came to the waiting room which made me as a customer feel very special. Thank you Adrian. More
