ALSO HAD THE MECHANIC CHECK FLUIDS AND ENDED UP DOING TRANSMISSION FLUIDS AND OIL CHANGE. HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE WE HAVE THE PROPER PARTS (AND BEST QUALITY TOO). DON'T WANT TO BE OUT OF TOWN AND HAVE OUR TRUCK BREAK DOWN. JOHN ALSO KNOWS DIESELS, SO THAT PUTS OUR MINDS AT REST TOO!! PLUS HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE WE HAVE A LOANER. More

He went all his way to explain the feature available in both cars without pushing us to buy the car that we don't want and he was very patient even though we brought along our impatient daughter with us.
