I called Motor City and he answered. I gave him the information of what vehicle I was shopping for, I was so impressed by his motivation to help me. I gave him hardly any notice that I was on my way and only a few blocks and he had the vehicle pulled up waiting for me before i arrived! He took all the time in showing me all about this vehicle as well as others I wanted to see. I never felt pressured like I did elsewhere. He is the best salesperson I have ever worked with and I will be giving his card out to everyone I know!!! This is how it should be done!!! More

James was so incredibly helpful in helping us explore all our our vehicle choices, pick all the vehicle options that were right for us (even some we didn't know we needed) that fit nicely into our budget. He helped coordinate all the other staff members to make the purchase go smoothly. When our delivery was unexpectedly? delayed he went the extra mile and had our windows tinted for us. He even delivered our new van to our door and picked up our trade in. The sales and service team at the dealership were always top notch.
